Terms & Conditions

We will deliver courses at one of our verified premises.

  • You can choose a course from our web catalogue.
  • A quote will be provided, and upon acceptance, we will then offer available dates that suit both you and our trainer.
  • Once a date is confirmed, we will send a booking confirmation with all course details and request candidate information, including any special arrangements needed.

Candidates attending accredited courses must bring valid photographic identification to participate in any examinations.  Examples include a full UK driving licence, passport, work identification, rail card, etc.


Failure to provide suitable ID may result in candidates being unable to take the examination.


Payment Terms 

  • You will be charged in full for the course and any accredited certificate costs 14 days before the course commences. A deposit of £100 will be required when the course is booked. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of the course. on the day of the training. 


Cancellations Terms


Once a Training course has been confirmed you are able to cancel up to 14 days before the course starts. If it is after tis the below fees will be applicable.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the training date: Up to 50% of the total course fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 3 days of the training date: Up to 75% of the total course fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the training date: Up to 100% of the total course fee will be charged.

Additional Terms

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to wayne@makeitours.co.uk
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
  • If you need to reschedule a course, we will need to be notified up to 14 days in advance.
    We can postpone a course to the next available date, and this is capped at being possible two times before being charged. No refund will be given for a cancellation of a rescheduled course.
  • If we do not receive your cancellation (in writing) within the specified time limit detailed above, then no refund will be given, and any outstanding monies must be paid in full.
    However, although we do not offer any monetary refund for short cancellations, we may (at our discretion) allow you to reschedule your training course. Please note that this may incur an additional administrational cost and only occur twice.
