A deposit of \u00a3100 will be required when the course is booked. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of the course. on the day of the training.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-color-6-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-38ddf213a360cc3fbceeec6ba673495e\"><br><strong>Cancellations Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-color-6-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-a09b6eaae20c724b833929ebfa7d603d\"><br>Once a Training course has been confirmed you are able to cancel up to 14 days before the course starts. If it is after tis the below fees will be applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-custom-color-6-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f6fba1c83c2f2b6d28e5e40593ebc26d\">\n<li>Cancellations\u00a0within 7 days of the training date:\u00a0Up to\u00a050%\u00a0of the total course fee will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation within 3 days of the training date:\u00a0Up to\u00a075%\u00a0of the total course fee will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation within 24 hours of the training date:\u00a0Up to\u00a0100%\u00a0of the total course fee will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-color-6-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1c615c22f0460050b27eac3afad9a096\"><strong>Additional Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>All cancellations must be\u00a0submitted in writing\u00a0via email to <a href=\"mailto:wayne@makeitours.co.uk\">wayne@makeitours.co.uk<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you need to reschedule a course, we will need to be notified up to 14 days in advance.<br>We can postpone a course to the next available date, and this is capped at being possible two times before being charged. No refund will be given for a cancellation of a rescheduled course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we do not receive your cancellation (in writing) within the specified time limit detailed above, then no refund will be given, and any outstanding monies must be paid in full.<br>However, although we do not offer any monetary refund for short cancellations, we may (at our discretion) allow you to reschedule your training course.
